4. Subscriptions & Payments
TripSignal offers paid subscription plans (6-month and 12-month).
Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Add-on route tracking may incur additional charges.
TripSignal reserves the right to update pricing and plan features with prior notice.
5. Alerts & Notifications
Alerts are based on third-party data (such as airlines, and travel platforms).
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that fares will remain the same at the time of booking.
Users are responsible for completing bookings directly with the airline or travel provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
TripSignal is a fare tracking and alert service, not a booking platform.
We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or final booking prices.
We are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or issues with airlines or third-party travel providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripSignal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
TripSignal may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on TripSignal (branding, text, graphics, software) is owned by TripSignal and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
